City to be affected by water shortage

POLOKWANE – In a statement released by the municipality, it states that it received a notification from Lepelle Northern Water that Ebenezer plant is currently down.

This is due to a pipe leak next to Segwashe village.

The estimated time for mainline pipe repairs will be more than 7 hours.

All areas of supply from the plant will be affected.

“The areas to be affected include Ga-Mamabolo, Mankweng and city areas,” it said.

The municipality has apologised for the inconvenience caused during this period.

Water and Sanitation issues should be reported to the municipality on the following numbers 015 290 2376/2473.
