City’s reservoir levels are dropping rapidly, says muni

POLOKWANE – In a statement by the municipality, it states that by midday, the resevoir level readings were at 22%, 10% and 8%.

“It is reported that some of the high lying areas in the city are experiencing low pressure,” it said.

The municipality says it is working with Lepelle Northern Water to salvage the problem.

“Watering of lawns and gardens should be stopped in order to avoid shortages.”
