City to be affected by water shortage

POLOKWANE – In a statement released by the municipality, it states that it received a notification from Lepelle Northern Water that Ebenezer plant is currently down.

This is due to a pipe leak next to Segwashe village.

The estimated time for mainline pipe repairs will be more than 7 hours.

All areas of supply from the plant will be affected.

“The areas to be affected include Ga-Mamabolo, Mankweng and city areas,” it said.

The municipality has apologised for the inconvenience caused during this period.
